"Jessica's" character is a character that lives outside the story, but in the same world that the story takes place and along the same timeline.
His name is Peter. He is a 232 year old, green haired, poor elf who sells junk on the side of the road on earth.
his parents ran away from the underground paradise 3000 years ago and died in childbirth (yes his father too.*)
He is technically still just a child in elf years, but resembles a young adult male, and gets by about as well, give or take.
Proud of resembling an elf, but unaware that he really is one, one ear has the tip bit off from an unfortunate incident of jealousy and ignorance in his childhood home: the orphanage.
