Chili!! n_n
Red and green peppers chopped into slivers or diced, ground beef or, preferably, buffalo bison, your choice of sausage, i like chorizo and italian sausage. I like multiple types of beans: Pinto, Kidney, Lima, and chili beans are great. Start boiling the beans if necessary, and while the beans are boiling, start cooking the ground up meat and add garlic and cayenne powder, parsley, cilantro, oregano, and thyme.
salt and pepper are fine too.
In a large pot, the bigger the better, throw in the veggies: the red and green peppers, onion, tomato, celery, corn, and anything else you think you might like.
once the beans and meat are done cooking, mix them into the pot with the veggies and put it on the stove to simmer.
Let simmer for 4-12 hours for perfection.
